Dear Gayle, David, Honor and staff,

Thank you all so much for your many efforts to make Esther Grant’s 95th birthday party a terrific success. We have had so many great comments about the food, about being in the house again, and about being together…your attention to every detail and your very gracious hospitality helped everyone relax and really enjoy the occasion. Mother was very happy and glad we did it after the fact, though she was quite apprehensive until the first guests arrived…she has been alone so long, she was afraid she wouldn’t be able to make conversation, but that didn’t seem to be a problem!

The menu was a hit with everyone – very tasty and beautiful without being too spicy for anyone. Frankly, I was surprised how much they ate following the holidays!

I know the bar and serving were difficult and appreciate your flexibility and ingenuity. The table looked beautiful! Then you packed up, cleaning so quickly and efficiently that

It was almost like you’d never been there. Really a wonderful job! I look forward to hearing from you and will most definitely recommend Gayle Orth Catering in the future.
